Looking to make a serious difference in your health? Come join Fun ‘n Fit Bootcamp, an intense 5-week fitness program, designed with all fitness levels in mind! Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply shape up, Fun ‘n Fit Bootcamp is the right program for you!
Our mission at Fun ‘n Fit Bootcamp is to provide goal oriented workouts tailored to our clients personal needs, while emphasizing education, safety, and function.
Located in a beautiful outdoor setting, Fun ‘n Fit Bootcamp classes will take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 5 weeks. A new fitness and general health topic will be discussed and applied with each session. Class topics will include:
- Goal setting
- Rate of perceived exertion and heart rate
- Cardio vs. strength training
- Core
- Posture and ergonomics
- Exercise barriers
- Nutrition
- And much more!
Your Fun ‘n Fit Bootcamp Instructors:
Katie is a recent graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, with three years experience working with clients on their health goals. She plans to specialize in neurology with an emphasis on balance training. In her free time she enjoys riding her bike, rock climbing and cooking.
Amanda is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and health coach, also with three years of experience working with clients on their health goals. She continues to work with public health programs, emphasizing fitness and nutrition. In her free time, she runs half marathons and roots for the SF Giants.
